Great location near Wall St and subway. Basic room, but clean. Breakfast disappointing. Elevators slow, but staff friendly. Convenient for FiDi and 9-11 area visits. Enjoyed snacks at check-in. Comfy bed, though more pillows would be nice.

The service at the hotel stood out to me the most - the receptionist personally handed me the keys, and complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. However, the elevator situation was a major drawback, with long wait times and overcrowding being a frequent issue. Overall, an enjoyable stay with great staff but in need of elevator improvements.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we found the location to be ideal for exploring Battery Park and the Seaport District. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, making our check-in and out smooth. Despite the small room size, the comfortable beds and daily housekeeping were appreciated. The nearby subway stop was convenient for getting around, and overall, it was a good base for our sightseeing trip.

Liked this peaceful hotel, easy to find, with consistently courteous stuff on reception desk and concierge desk. My room was neat with easy to use TV and 2 queen beds, for example, and the check-out was late.

With the Statue of Liberty and Ground Zero a short walk away, it made for easy sightseeing. We were delighted to find a cozy, well-appointed room to rest after our adventures.

My wife says that having a kids' play area in the hotel would have been a great addition for families visiting the city.

I had a really good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was perfect near to the metro station. The staff there were accommodating and best! Rooms with easy to use TV, fridge plus 2 queen beds. Had a natural lighting.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to several subway lines and a free ferry to Staten Island. Around the big skyscrapers, but you can also see the historic houses where the English agreed to the independence of the United States. Memorial 11/09 and Wall Street literally around the corner. Dam hotel has a strange reception desk located on the 2nd level. There are three elevators, which people in previous posts complained about terribly. We spent 4 days in the hotel, we used the elevators several times a day and did not wait longer than 3 minutes. The rooms were cleaned daily, clean and nice.

The location is perfect a very quiet area with many transportation options, in the heart of the financial district you can go everywhere walking without any problem it is a very safe area 4 subway stations 3 bus, post office, one street from the ferry station, walking to the heliport

I expected that the reception and entrance on the ground floor would be better presented, service is excellent and facilities and rooms are very good but the access to the hotel looks very neglected, maybe a little decoration but lighting is nice to get to a place that looks nice from the entrance

Location and price were unbeatable in NYC, with very clean rooms and helpful staff; the warm cookie upon arrival was a sweet touch! 🍪 Cardio equipment and a leisure room were available for relaxation.

Problem of air-conditioning, it is a pity and not pleasant at all. . moreover pity, no bottle is given every day and no slippers are offered in the room . That would have been very useful for the bedroom carpet.

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the lively atmosphere of the historic Stone Street. This felt like walking into a scene from a classic movie, with the bustling cafes and vibrant energy creating an unforgettable ambiance.

I recently stayed at Doubletree in the FiDi for a business trip. The hotel's location was ideal, close to Battery Park, the Bull, NYSE, and the Freedom Tower. It was also conveniently located near the subway and had a DuaneReade nearby. The room itself was top-notch, with a comfortable bed, clean amenities, and a nice shower. The bell hops were incredibly friendly and welcoming. it was a great value for the quality I received.

The hotel's location was also a major highlight, as it was close to the Staten Island ferry, subway station, and lower Manhattan sites. We appreciated the convenience of the round the city bus tours that we could easily hop on and off from nearby. The hotel's quiet atmosphere and the availability of a nice family restaurant and ready-made food options in the area were additional pluses. Lastly, we appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, especially the cleaning crew.

We appreciated having a fridge and hair dryer in the room, as well as 4 USB chargers and 4 regular sockets near the bed. the queen size bed was comfortable with three pillows, providing a good night's sleep. the staff at the front desk were helpful and efficient, while the baggage handlers were friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage while we explored the city, and the complimentary bathroom items were a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the subway entrance was extremely convenient for getting around.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the business district was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to three subway stops. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring all that this vibrant area has to offer. Omg, the view from the 19th-floor room was mind-blowing! 🌆 but the noisy pipes kept me up all night. Everything else was super convenient. Just watch out walking around at night in the financial district. 🌃

I chose Doubletree By Hilton for its proximity to the One World Observatory, a landmark I've wanted to visit for ages. The surprise of finding excellent transportation links and a fantastic on-site restaurant added to the pleasure of my stay.

Using my Hilton points, I booked a room on the 43rd floor with a stunning view of the city. The room was small, but super clean and super comfy, making my stay enjoyable. The business center and express check-in/check-out made everything convenient and efficient.

The limited secure storage was a bit disappointing, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.

The views from my room were simply breathtaking, overlooking the towering cityscape and the river. The air conditioning was a bit rickety, but it added a touch of charm to the room. As I reached for the phone, I couldn't help but notice it needed a good scrubbing. Despite the little quirks, the doormen's warm greetings and helpfulness really made me feel welcomed.
